The Rotary Club of St. John's Northwest 2016 Annual High School Speak-Off was a great success!
All the finalists did a wonderful job and it made for a very interesting luncheon, with speeches on a range of different topics.
First place was awarded to Olivia Parsons from Holy Heart of Mary High School and the runner-up was Abigail Morris from St. Bonaventure's College.
Later this spring Olivia will spend four exciting days in Ottawa, with approximately 200 other outstanding senior high school students from across Canada.
Congratulations to all involved and we wish all the students who participated this year the very best of luck in their future endeavors.
