🕊️ In Memory of Rotarian Robert (Bob) Colford 🕊️
It is with great sadness that the Rotary Club of St. John’s Northwest shares the passing of our longtime fellow Rotarian, Robert (Bob) Colford, on August 4, 2026, in the presence of his loving family. Bob was 93 years young, just days short of celebrating his 94th birthday. 💙💛
Bob joined our Rotary family in September 1982, dedicating more than four decades to Rotary and to service in our community. He served as Club President from 1989–1990 and was recognized as a Paul Harris Fellow in 1996.
Many of our members will remember Bob fondly for his friendship, his love of Rotary, and his wonderful sense of humour. Bob always enjoyed an opportunity to speak to the membership—often with a lighthearted joke or two that brought smiles and laughter to the room. 😊
His 44 years of fellowship and service are an important part of the history of our Club, and we are grateful for the lasting contribution he made.
Our heartfelt condolences go out to Bob’s family and friends. ❤️
Rest in peace, Bob. Thank you for your friendship, your laughter, and your many years of Service Above Self. You will be fondly remembered. 🕊️
